BREAKING NEWS -APPEAL COSTS

The Progressive Independents have instigated an official investigation into the Council's costs for having lost appeals through the Planning process. 

Cllr Bernie O'Neill raised a question at the Full Council meeting in December after being alerted that Bailiffs had attended the Council Offices to attempt to recover outstanding monies. 

It has subsequently become evident that more people are claiming they are owed awarded costs and that this story is extremely worrying, which is why an investigation into this whole affair has become necessary."
