Dear Cllr

As a Forest of Dean resident please can you advise

1. Why has development work on the Five Acres site not started?

2. What have you done personally to ensure the project is on course for delivery?

3. Are you prepared to forgo biodiversity net gain and environmental demands on the site in order to commence and deliver promised public facilities?

4. How has the price for development risen from an est £9.2m to an est of over £17m?

5. Why has the lease with West Dean Parish Council for the playing field not been agreed upon when West Dean Parish Council is led by members of the Green Party some of whom even sit on the FODDC Cabinet?

6. Are you aware of any members of the Green Group and Green Cabinet members having or previously having links to Extinction Rebellion or Just Stop OIL?

7. Do you still agree that a New Settlement at Churcham is not a suitable planning option?

8. Is it right in your opinion that Cabinet members should publicly lobby Planning Committee members on major planning applications that are NOT in their ward, and are NOT part of their portfolio,particularly when that Cabinet member is going against the advice of Planning officers?
